I don't agree. The reason VA is improving so rapidly is because the CEO is the ex GM of QF. Borghetti knows what pax like on QF and is, quite quickly, offering similar product, domestically. we are lucky to, finally, have some competition again, at the full service end. It's been a 12 year wait.
