Plat charge card ... only getting 1 point per $

I have a Plat charge card for which I get 1 1/2 points per $ spent. From 2 days ago I have only been getting 1 point per $.

I'll ring Monday but anyone noticed the same ?

The transactions from Thursday that posted yesterday are normal. None of yesterdays transactions have posted.

I have only seen this happen after a refund or such has occurred on theaccount.

Did you get a refund on anything? If you do, they don't take back the "bonus" points you got on the original transaction, but they withhold any further bonus points until you've spent enough to recoup the previously given bonus points.
