Plantimum member has no 24 hours advance booking restriction?

Hi Everyone,

Today when I make an award booking over the phone, a lovely lady advised me as I am a plantimum member, I don't need to book the award flight 24 hours in advance, I can book at anytime I want. And she did issue a ticket for me which departure time is 18 hour later. Never heard this before. Is this a new benefit to Plantimum member? or I just got lucky this time?
