Even more shocking is one of the pilots threatened to divert to Pakistan.

From The Guardian:

According to reports quoting the Delhi police, Commander Ranbeer Arora and Captain Aditya Chopra were accused of trying to "molest" a female flight attendant who resisted their advances and was then thrown out of the coughpit.

In a statement to police, the woman alleged she was "abused and pushed" by the pilots inside the coughpit when she refused to grant "personal favours".

Maybe the airline was just trying to save on inflight entertainment? Who needs a coughpy movie when you have real life drama!?

Well it might seem weird to us but I don't think punch-ups, brawls and general mayhem are too uncommon on Air India flights. There certainly was a good one on the SIN to MAA flight I was on a few years back, but this was between passengers with no crew members in sight despite much loud shouting. Finally when one passenger had the other in a secure headlock other passengers intervened and pulled them apart.

Actually I quite enjoyed the entertainment as there was nothing electronic available to watch / listen to. That might account for the graffiti, scribbles and scratches on the aircraft interior also. Qwont-cough is deadset boring in comparison....

After investigation the police arrested the pilots on Tuesday and charged them with molesting and assaulting the female FA.They were released on bail.
