Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I rang them on Monday - someone was going to email me a form "within 5 minutes" but didn't. I emailed them later in the day. But haven't heard a thing back.

Flying VA in the morning, pretty disappointed with Virgin Accelerate... but not surprised, I guess. You could forgive the woeful corporate booking interface if the customer service was any good.

It took a couple of phone calls, but came through fairly painlessly in the end. The day after our outbound flight, but hey.

When booking the initial 2k spend for VA Gold eg. Mel-Bne-Vli-Mel in J - $2.2k, do the flights have to be booked through VA website or will Flybuys travel site booking qualify? & can the further 80 status credits be earned through SQ or VA Flights only?

They have to be booked via the VA Accelerate corporate booking website, which is different to the regular VA website.

I think the SC can be earned anywhere you normally earn SC - but you do need to fly 1 sector on VA metal within the 3 month period.

You should plan ahead as it takes VA a while to open the account.
