Perth... AGAIN !!! why does it seems you guys in the west always have the fun (bad luck). Last year there was a couple of scares and evacuations i believe, suspect liquids and fumes etc.

"A cigarette butt from a smoker's area on the top floor fell through a grate onto a PVC pipe," Fire and Emergency Services Authority said.

"It then ignited other cigarettes and dry leaves, which led to the burning smell."
