Similar to my previous post, can one earn points using the Pay Anyone facility offered on the ANZ credit cards?

NO, I know every possible way to earn reward points and you usually must always buy something with your credit card.

Actually, you can get points sometimes for nothing. Refunds very often escape the points which should be "taken back" as I have found a few times.

Generally when the refund comes on the next statement, not the same statemnet as the original purchase.

A "Pay Anyone" function from a credit card will be treated as a Cash Advance and incur any fees and rules associated with a Cash Advance for your card. Most cards to no offer reward points on Cash Advances.
