Paid Lounge Access Sydney Int

Hi,

Interested in my options for accessing a lounge in Sydney International Airport. I fly frequently between SYD - JHB and am currently on Qantas FF Silver Tier. I also have Westpac Earth Black Credit Cards (in case this is worth anything).

Is there any paid lounge facilities for Sydney Int. or is there a way for me to gain access by getting a specific credit card? I know of the Qantas Club but I think that is around $850 with joining fee.

Any suggestions?

There are no lounges in Sydney you can pay to enter on an ad-hoc basis as far as I know.

Have you taken up your two free Qantas Club passes with your Earth Black card?

I ordered these online yesterday but it mentions something about needing to spend on the card to validate the complimentary Qantas Club passes? Is there anything you need to do besides registering for them?

I think you need to make a purchase from Qantas.

Also, if you're flying to Johannesburg in South Africa then the airport code is JNB.

Are you flying to JNB? If so in economy or business. If business class then lounge access is part of the gig. If not after a few return trips you should be Qantas Gold so once again lounge access included. CM :mrgreen:
