Not sure if anyone else has noticed but all my BA sectors so far this trip are not showing OW status (or QFF number) on the boarding passes. The computer shows status and FF number are present, but details won't print on BP what ever is tried. I was told by one lounge attendant that she had heard the same complaint from other OW travellers so it seems may not be peculiar only to Qantas.

I also tried to claim missing points as the BA sectors don't seem to be showing up on my activity statement and the response on the activity statement has been "unsuccessful - no record of travel". I'm on a DONE4 so if I wasn't travelling then sectors post-BA sectors wouldn't be able to be taken.

Non capisco

Thanks for the heads up ... I have some BA O class travel next week and will ensure I retain my BP's.

My QF status was showing on the last 2 BA flights I took 1-3 weeks' ago...points and SCs posted within 48 hours :)

BA recently moved to a new GDS system (Fly) and have been having issues. I haven't seen this specific one mentioned though.

Whenever I had claims refused with Qantas, I followed up via email and was usually successful.

+1 Had a few BA flights last month and all posted within 2-3 days with my QFF details on the BPs

Could be a recent thing. I had no trouble a few months ago with BA. Next flight is AA101 and they reprinted the boarding pass for me at the AA lounge with all details showing OK. As usual I keep all my boarding passes so will sort out later.

BTW on entering the AA lounge T3, I received a pretty full on interrogation at the desk before they let me in. They then told me that I'd just had my security check and put a little sticker on my boarding pass. Hopefully this will speed things up for me at JFK.
