Hi all
I'm new here and would like some wonderful ideas from all of you. My family and I are travelling to US in September and I wish to buy a SIM Card online. This is so that we can give our number to friends and family before we leave. I have some addresses that I found online ranging from US$19.95 to $24.95, some without credit. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Do you need voice, only, or will you need data as well? Just be aware that there are SIM cards out there that may not live up to your data needs.

Last year I purchased one on-line while still in Australia but when I got to the USA it wasn't effective with data on my i-phone. I then went to a T-Moile shop (not a kiosk) and they provided me with a suitable SIM. At the time I was in LA and there wasn't a T-Mobile shop at LAX. The shop was in downtown LA (possibly the one at 259 South Broadway, Los Angeles). There are several in LA.

Also, you could check out the following for more information (bearing in mind that the information is from 2008/2009):

The T-Mobile SIM from Travelgear.com.au worked in my iPhone 4 in New York last month for voice as well as data. I had a pretty cheap pre-paid plan too - $60 per month - with unlimited calls to landlines in around 200 countries (including Oz) and unlimited data.
