I'm currently helping someone with their coming home journey from Cebu to Sydney. We will need to be juggling PCR tests, QLD quarantine rule changes and internal Philippine flights, ferries and a typhon recovery. I feel most confident using SQ from there. I notice that the fares are now offering "Complimentary" Changes with the fare conditions showing:
