Just visited the WC in the Melbourne International Terminal QP. Seems the loos are now supplied with 1 ply loo roll. Surely this is the bottom of the "enhancement" idea list to save money and if this doesn't work they declare bankruptcy?

Not to worry, the joke is on Qantas as I just took twice as much and folded to create my own 2 ply luxury.

Unfortunately, I can't share the instruction I was given for the most effective was of using the toilet paper supplied in a 24 hour ration pack. :o
 
At least they have not stooped to the shiny single sheet kind - remember that.
 
Have we all fallen off a giant cliff to be discussing this now? Although i do agree Sanitary is of utmost importance in our modern society, why not the OP just have a higher rate of 'extraction', wouldn't that solve the issue at hand? :P :)
