Having been spoilt by the on board lounge/bar of Virgin flying SYD?LAX, I am now looking to find an airline and aircraft type that can give me a similar experience when I fly SYD/LHR in a few months time.
Looking at the Qantas Dreamliner PER/LHR, there does not seem to be one of these little luxuries fitted. Emirates seem to have a small mini bar, while Qatar has something that looks to be about right on their A380.
I recall QF 747 had a small lounge in the upper deck, when I flew on one a few years ago ( Are Qantas still flying 747 to London these days ?)
Could a member who has had experience please inform me what other airlines offer a bar/lounge on board when flying Business Class.?

PS The cappuccinos at the Virgin bar were about the best I have ever had on any airline

EK might have a smallish physical bar, but the area is much larger. Korean also has a bar on their A380s. Unfortunately Qantas hasn't had a bar on their 747s for about 30 years. Their A380 has a tiny sofa, but not a bar.

Qatar has quite a large bar for J and F folk, I’m not sure which planes have them. 380 obviously but maybe others too.

The QR A380 Bar is fantastic - good layout, space and dare I say it, 'Ambiance'.

I was on one of their A350s which had a sort of Circular Bar right in the middle of the J cabin, but it wasn't functioning on the overnight flight. Impractical.

Etihad also had a good A380 bar, but as I was in an F Apartment, I didn't bother! :)

So I’ve checked our four flights and the 380 and 350 have them. Don’t think the 777 does.

There are certainly plenty of internet articles debating the merits of the various offerings.
On my first experience, the Virgin Atlantic bar offering only went a small way to helping me overcome the narrow bed I wobbled back to

I was a good bed at the time. Just it hasn't progressed at all since it's introduction. Who want's herringbone when you can have reverse herringbone??
