OLCI - can't change seat

I am trying to do OLCI but where I can normally change my seat it just says 'Pre-Assigned' and won't let me! arrgh!!

How do I fix this?

I'd log right out of the system and then manually log in again (ie manually type everything & don't let the cookies run) and see what happens then. If that does not work you could always add to Telstra's profit and ring them. :cool:
