So, looking at flights for March 2019 (and feeling a bit crazy for doing so). Here are my questions:

- I imagine there is not much price movement on the MEL - YVR route - is my assumption correct? if it isn't, when is the best time to look?

- I am weighing up economy vs premium economy. It is quite hard to get all the info I need. I have the cost comparison of the tickets (family of 4) - but we'd probably want to do extra leg room and I cannot find out how much such would cost per ticket (I don't think you see this until you book and can pick seats). And this is important as it would significantly reduce the difference between the cost of [economy class + extra leg room] versus [premium economy]. Any idea if the extra legroom seats will cost what seems to be the max of $199?

- should I wait until this direct flight "goes live" to see if there will be roll out sales? I see someone has posted the same question, so I'm following that as well.

Lastly - random question - anyone skied Whistler in late March/early April? is the snow still decent?

Thank you!

I can only answer your last question re decent snow. I snowboarded last year in late March and found it great. Also went to Banff (Sunshine Village) around the same time and found it a little icy. It was my first time snowboarding so I'm probably not the best person to ask but I thought there was heaps of snow and my brother and some friends who live there said it was still awesome conditions to snowboard (there had been lots of snow when I was there IIRC).
