NYE 2012 at Sydney IC

Please see the attachment I received from Sydney IC, in response to an enquiry about RA bookings for NYE.

( actually, the IC staff can't spell AMBASSADOR !! )

Further, the email I received stated, that there is a min. 3 night booking criteria for NYE period.

If you want to secure a CLUB / ROOF TOP access room for NYE, you will be looking at over $4,000. AND THAT'S AS AN RA !!! ( No PP cert.s will be accepted either ) You can however, use an Ambassador Weekend Night cert. for the Sunday night of 30th. Dec. if you pay for Saturday night ... but that's as good as it gets for upgrades or free nights.

yes it is really wrong that they are blocking upgrades for RA
if one is prepared to pay for the night then one should be given.
last year they put a bottle of veuve in the room on NYE.
