Posting this as a question from my boss.

She flew QR from MEL to Europe. Put in a missing points claim when she got back with QF and this has been rejected.
QF person on the phone demanded the boarding pass (which my boss doesn't have).

What are the options now?

Get the e-ticket and determine which exact class the fare was booked under.

Check if the class flown is deemed eligible by QFF using the partner airline earn category tables.

If it is eligible, contact Qatar to request a proof of travel letter. Do not tell them you need it for QFF to credit SC.

Provide letter to QFF as proof of travel.

QR is a bit problematic in this respect. Their system seems to tell QF that the fare was ineligible for any QF points. Probably a cost saving thing. One has to be very careful what class tix they get as often, class showing while tix is being purchased, turns out to be something very different when the tix is issued. And you can't demand a refund based on incorrect fare class alone.

During my trip last year, I had VIE-DOH-LHR on QR. Both flights failed to post.
Upon emailing QFF, VIE-DOH was posted without issue and they posted DOH-LHR as a CX flight (posting QR7 as CX7), which was of course rejected.
Upon contacting QFF about that stuff up, they then demanding a copy of the boarding pass, which wasn't possible as the print had faded and was no longer readable.

I emailed QR via their website support form, explaining what was happening and providing PNR and ticket numbers. Within hours I had a letter confirming I was the flights in question which QFF then accepted and posted the points correctly.

In prior trips, I had done ORD-DOH-CDG, DFW-DOH-OSL and PHL-DOH-BUD, and the VIE-DOH-LHR was the first time I'd had any issues with getting flights posted.

If it was an eligible fare bucket, just be aware that the QF centre in Manila is populated with chimpanzees, IME.

They may come back - repeatedly regurgitating nonsense like: "You have already credited to another program.". Be prepared to dig in, possibly aggressively (like threatening to email directly the CEO of QF Loyalty). That's what I had to do for some indisputably eligible Bus Class sectors. Absolute PITA to stop them behaving like parrots.
