I was so surprised to see that flight attendant were doing inflight safety demo twice on two-aisle aircraft. Those TVs were working but didn't appear on it. I guess it's cos of new uniform - do not match to that old uniform on the safety demo video? right?

Has anyone ever seen it?

I've been meaning to comment on the new QF safety video.. the one that debuted in Dec 2013 replacing the long running one with the Captain, the baggage handler, the CSR etc... back to the the Captain. Which itself replaced the even longer cringe-worthy Aust Cricketers version from last summer.

For the domestic 737-800 that previous video ran +4 mins... about 4m18s from memory but I stand to be corrected.

The new (current) one gets the exact same info across in just 3m28s and I find it much improved and concise.

And I'm very glad that QF did this non-nonsense, no-fuss version instead of going the "cute/funny" route that many carriers have done recently.

Personally I don't give a tinkers-toss about the uniforms or what videos match what the flight crew is wearing.

Just get us on-board, doors closed, pushed back, show me the video and let's get GOING :)
