No Bubbly in the SYD QF J lounge !!!!

Is it honest that hard to stock drinks? They have along shelf life and can be stored warm until needed.

The bubbles they could even buy through epiQure....

Seriously, it sounds like there needs to be a review of how well the new lounge management is coping and whether or not they need to lift their game.

This is in T3 domestic. I had a face resembling a stunned mullet when I asked for a glass and was advised that they had run out yesterday evening and that the new supply had only arrived 30mins previously and was lukewarm in the fridge !!!!
BTW it was 1715 at the time.
IMHO its totally unacceptable for the catering contractors in the QF lounges (either the QP or J Lounge) to run out of a stock item and not provide an adequate replacement.

Not sure. However, the SYD J lounge staff interviewed for positions with Accor some months ago, apparently. There was also a distinct point in time when the SYD domestic J lounge turned to cough. One week good next week rubbish.
