This flight instead of being operated by a330 was operated by VH-OEJ a refurbished 747. Nice for those who booked J who then had Skybed II lie flat.

OEJ went to Perth on Saturday (as QF577), operated the Antarctica charter on Sunday, then returned to Sydney Monday (as QF576)
