New, soft, carry on bag

Looking for suggestions for one of those carry on bags that has a slip over thingy (can then go over the suitcase handle ) and also has a train base
This is for a bag unlikely to be opened on the plane it is the "Justin" bag

I'm looking for new luggage atm and most of the suitcases I'm interested in, sell matching soft carryon bags that are designed to slip over the handles of their cases.
