Seamless transition from 'A Current Affair' (aka low socio no brainers with trigger happy dialing fingers for late night infomercials). Can't blame QF though, that's just the market they are appealing to and the bottom line is greatly benefited. Earn/burn ratio with QF is among the worst in the world, and don't start me on 'Carrier surcharges' (fuel surcharges, which at the current oil price shows QF's total disrespect for their QFF members) which most other carriers do not charge on awards. How else would they have accumulate so many unsuspecting QFF members?

Re: New series of Ready for Takeoff starting this Friday night!

My wife and I laughed when they talked about transporting the dog. My wife's cousin recently had a puppy transported from NSW to Melbourne using Qantas Freight, after numerous delays, the puppy arrived with poo everywhere in the carrier and no water. Qantas' response was that they do not let the dog out, clean the carrier and replenish with water. The said cousin made a public FB post about this with screenshots of email conversations with Qantas, Qantas then asked her to take them down as this matter was now "confidential"... The cousins refused refund and is now pursuing further action as she believed that there is some issue with their procedure.
