New Melbourne International Lounges - For Which Airlines?

Construction updates from Melbourne airport continue to talk about work going on at the International terminal including new lounge facilities:

New airline lounges, bussing and transit facilities are being constructed within the international terminal.

I can't find mention anywhere on who the new lounges are for. Would be fantastic if it was a new Qantas Business Lounge so that it finally has a view but I doubt it given there hasn't been any word from Qantas about a new lounge in Melbourne.

Anyone know something or have some good speculation?

I did hear a while ago that NZ were moving up to level 4 next to EK. May have just been speculation and rumor though.

Would agree with the OP that the lounges downstairs in MEL, particularly the QF J lounge is below par, particularly in respect to its SYD cousin.
With no view of the Tarmac, certainly makes the downstairs lounges feel a bit like a dungeon.

Maybe Amex may open a lounge in MEL sometime in the future?

I am hoping this is the case!

But since Sydney AizNZ lounge is being upgraded to the lax-style star-alliance lounge, it seems possible that they will also build a new Melbourne lounge.

I believe EY is building a lounge at MEL? Not sure where it will be. Maybe next to NZ?
