Hey all - new here from Townsville - found the site while searching for a way to address some issues with Virgin Blue's velocity program. I'm fairly knowledgeable from an aviation perspective (as an enthusiast) and also from an IT perspective (30 odd years in support) so if I can help anyone then feel free to ask.
