Jörg T. Böckeler was the previous GM of InterContinental Melbourne - The Rialto and is the new GM at Intercontinental Sydney.

I am currently staying at the IC Sydney and as usual the Club Lounge is faultless.
Grizzell is an exceptional lounge manager and an asset to the hotel.
