I find it pretty good visually, easy to read my points balance, but still can't transfer from the CitiBusiness gold card to QFF online :( and my rewards functionality is gone!

Same here - sent them an email to find out what the story is.

i like the new layout.. just seems a little slower in operation though..

I don't like it. Hard to use and doesn't display the information as nicely.

I agree.
Compared to CBA's Netbank and Commbiz the Citibank is coughbersome, slow and not exactly user friendly, especially printing the current transactions.
Viewing current transactions almost requires a microscope.
I also don't care to see all the account catergories when I don't have any accounts other than credit card.

it's very "texty", and the default font size is too small given the sheer volume of text on the screen.

definately slower than the old version

I guess we'll need to get used to it!

Is anyone else having trouble seeing the rewards page - to try and look at what rewards I can use my points for? When I try to click on the rewards link I end up with nothing at all?

I can't get the Rewards part to work.

And I get this message "Your enrolled rewards program does not support this functionality".

Better interface but still lacking features like Payment History for each account.

Definitely slower and somehow, doesn't quite fit with Firefox for some reason.

After I sent them an online feedback two days ago, the Rewards section appears to work now.
