New Amex statement credits

@MathNerd , start a new thread for Globird Energy under the "Referral" page. Post the link back to your post above.
Thanks for the heads up @prozac.

I have done so and you can find the Referral thread here:

how do Globird compare to other retailers? I took up the last Red Energy offer. I signed up to Sumo before that. Happy to switch again for the credits as long as I'm not signing up to pay significantly more.

I have just finished up my Sumo prepays from 2 years ago so was looking around already. Globird came up in my top 3 for gas and electricity (Victoria, Ausnet/Multinet areas) so a simple decision to change for me.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ll check to see if these guys are in my Amex offers and might make the switch. Will also visit the referral page. Not looking forward to my power bill after running my AC in this hot weather.

I thought they were more podiatrists than beauticians.

I don't believe they can split, but you can try purchasing a gift card on their website and then apply it to your account. Worst case if it doesn't register for the cashback, you still have another >$50 to spend to get the $10 back.
