Name on both frequent flyer account and credit card question

Hello,
I recently submitted a request to include my middle name on my QF FF account. (First and Last names will remain the same)
But now i worry that my QF FF account links to my Westpac QF credit card and Woolworths Everyday Rewards card will be
affected by this change. (Both my credit card and Rewards card only have my first and last names)

Does anyone here have experience with this situation ?
