Visa earn rate of 0.67 QFF points per dollar.

Looks like they are doing the 12 month rule now, for Business cards only (see bold).
You have to ensure there are no delays with your application too (see underline).
No mention of Qantas Business Rewards so it looks like it goes straight to QFF.
No earn on ATO spend.

Offer commences on 3 July 2017. Bonus points - To be eligible for the Bonus points offer, you must be approved and issued with a new NAB Qantas Business Signature Card by 1 October 2017 and spend $4,000 on everyday business purchases within 60 days of account opening. Everyday business purchases excludes transactions NAB decides are wholly or partly for gambling or gaming purposes. NAB may vary or end this offer. The bonus points allocation of 75,000 Qantas Points will be credited to a Nominated Points Earner's Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 3 months of meeting the $4,000 eligible business purchases spend criteria. Bonus points offer not available in conjunction with any other new business credit card offer or where you currently hold or have closed a NAB business credit card which included a special offer within the previous twelve months. Offer is not available when closing/transferring from another NAB business credit card account or in conjunction with any other NAB offer.

Better annual fee:signup bonus ratio than the NAB Qantas Signature Visa (the non business equivalent) which is $395 for 75k bonus and a 4k spend. However the earn ratio is not as good (0.67 vs 1 point per dollar).

If you did the minimum ordinary spend (ie no QF flights which earn 1 bonus point per dollar) for the Business Signature, you would pay $4295 and receive 77,666 QFF (18.08 points per dollar).
On the Signature you would pay $4395 and receive 79,000 QFF (17.97 points per dollar).

This business card now has a lower effective points per dollar earn compared to the NAB Qantas Rewards Signature card (updated to be 90k, not 75k bonus) until 12 Nov 2017.

Minimum outlay for this Business Signature is still $4295 for 77,666 QFF (18.08 points per dollar).
Compared to the current NAB Qantas Rewards Signature of $4395 for 94,000 QFF (21.39 points per dollar).
