Looks like they are doing the 12 month rule now, for Business cards only (see bold).
You have to ensure there are no delays with your application too (see underline).
No mention of Qantas Business Rewards so it looks like it goes straight to QFF.
No earn on ATO spend.
Better annual fee:signup bonus ratio than the NAB Qantas Signature Visa (the non business equivalent) which is $395 for 75k bonus and a 4k spend. However the earn ratio is not as good (0.67 vs 1 point per dollar).
If you did the minimum ordinary spend (ie no QF flights which earn 1 bonus point per dollar) for the Business Signature, you would pay $4295 and receive 77,666 QFF (18.08 points per dollar).
On the Signature you would pay $4395 and receive 79,000 QFF (17.97 points per dollar).

Offer commences on 3 July 2017. Bonus points - To be eligible for the Bonus points offer, you must be approved and issued with a new NAB Qantas Business Signature Card by 1 October 2017 and spend $4,000 on everyday business purchases within 60 days of account opening. Everyday business purchases excludes transactions NAB decides are wholly or partly for gambling or gaming purposes. NAB may vary or end this offer.
