NAB bonus points on Qantas Signature Visa

I was sure there was a thread which i can't find atm. I did my 4K spend by mid October and no bonus points yet.

Do I have to push them to do it or do I have to be patient a little longer?

I would be interested in anyone else's experiences

Their terms are to pay bonus points within 3 months of the spend being made, so pushing them isn’t likely to get you very far. Wait another month and if you don’t receive them then, ask for compensation eg refund of annual fee

Finally got around to calling them today. Very sorry and yes I'm eligible but they can't transfer them until the end of the month so now I have to wait another month. sigggghhh. Should have called last week and then I'd have them now

I find this card pretty amazing re regular monthly points. They are in my QFF account before I pay the monthly statement. (And the sign-on points arrived promptly too.)
