Just had to share my welcome back gift from Rydges Melbourne. I'm a platinum priority guest and stay at Rydges Melbourne regularly sometimes almost weekly. This was my gift tonight, to be fair it did come with one extra free standard drink. I can only laugh. Brisbane I get a plate of fresh fruit think they are ahead at this point.
I think they are in need of a new marketing manager.

You did better than me ... I was there last weekend, and got nada, zilch, nothing. Not even my PriorityGuest free drink (I am Plat).

And to top things off, someone ordered a coffee or a soft drink in the bar and was allowed to charge it back to my room ($3.50 - I couldn't think of anything else that would be about that amount). Didn't bother challenging it, have better things to do with my life.

You have to stop booking rooms in the name of Mr Jones or Mr Smith ;)
