Is it possible to make a multiple class booking all on one ticket? e.g. BNE-SYD in J connecting to QF1 in W/PE to LHR.

Genrally when booking a multi class airfare, Qantas do the Y/PE or J/F combo's only. You would have to probably book through a TA/Ring Qantas to build that airfare, and it would most likely be the combination of the price of a J fare BNE-SYD + a PE fare to LHR.

Ok. Thanks for that. I'm not sure that that's worth the money.

I've done this in the past (not the same itinerary, but in principle similar - domestic Y, international J) with wotif.com.

You can combine PE with J domestic, but the extra price for the domestic legs is considerable. Are you able to buy the domestic legs on points? Even being on separate tickets, as it is QF to QF, your bags would go through outbound, and they'd look after you if you were delayed inbound.
