I am looking at doing a SYD-LAX-MIA-LAX-HNL-SYD booking as a multi city booking and am wondering if there is a different way of booking which would come in any cheaper

Hey there Eric,

Thanks, want QF for points and status creds and affiliates in the USA for same reason, and looking for J class

Not really much info to go on, but one option could be to get a return fare SYD-LAX, and do a separate LAX-MIA-HNL-LAX loop on AA (good cheap SC earn with domestic ¨F¨class). Are you travelling alone or with someone? (QF have vaguely reasonable companion fares on at the moment) Which of those cities are just routing and which require stops?

So sorry for being so vague, I don't really have any definite plans as yet. The 2 stops in LA are only overnighters to break up the trips. MIA and HNL will be for about a week each. I have gone to the OW website and been looking at circle fares but don't know if I am allowed to stop in the same place twice. might just pay the service fee and speak with a CSO at QF. Have got a trip coming up soon BNE - LAX doing the FJ dance so may even look at another of those with a side to HNL and a separate LAX-MIA return
