Mobile Check in not working (post system upgrade?)

I've been trying to do a mobile check-in (via the Virgin App on my IPhone - 4S) today for Mrs Aus ATC, and I am getting a message "Web Check-In requires the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player". But I can't download Flash to my IPhone (not supported).

Check in is OK via computer.

I'll blame yesterday's protracted IT outage/upgrade - it was working fine on Thursday last week.

Anyone having similar issues?

I did online checkin a few hours ago, not by app but by the web site. I was offered a choice of flash or non flash checkin. It specifically listed iOS devices as needing to take the non flash option.

I used flash and didn't get the message that you got about the latest version. Checked in no problem.

Still a problem... After feedback they finally took away the non-flash option on the desktop version of the website as it didn't work (ie if you went to it on your iphone you would still get a 'flash needed' error message).

What a day to fails for virgin. All 4/10 kiosks in Sydney are broken so the line to check-in is massive...

I couldn't log in last night on the website - kept getting a "technical difficulties" message. Today I can get in okay. However just tried on my Android device and it has taken a good three minutes "retrieving my booking" and now it's still spinning getting my seat. Very slow but it appears to be working. Will see.

Okay it finally worked - just got the SMS but each step along the way took at least three minutes of spinning discs on my phone where it is usually instantaneous. Doesn't inspire confidence.

I'd been having a lot of issues over the last month or so, but I just did it then and it worked fine!

Just checked-in and it worked fine.

I did chuckle at the advert on the success page, thanks VA for advice on what to do on Australia Day 2014 (last year)... good memories !
