Looking to stay a night and was interested to know if both room guests have access to the Executive Lounge for both drinks and breakfast if paying for an executive room? The cost of a King Hilton Deluxe room is THB4,143 and an executive room is THB5,555 so the cost difference is neglible but I am not interested in the executive room only the Executive Lounge access. I have had executive lounge access as a Gold so I am guessing this should be the same.

Anyone remember the opening times of the Executive Lounge for evening drinks and breakfast.

Heading off to Hua Hin by train the next day and will need to get to Hua Lumphong station which should only be ~15 minutes from hotel or I can go across the river by boat and make it a much shorter taxi trip. May stay in Hilton Hua Hin for a night just to try it out.

And this should extend the life of the Hhonors points for another 12 months.

General rule of thumb for exec lounge at Hiltons access is that the number of guests you book for is the number of guests you will be granted access to the Executive Lounge for (even if there is not cost difference between 1 and 2 guests). I guess that may also apply at Bangkok.

IIRC, evening lounge is available from 6pm to 8pm on weekends (or it could be 6:30 to 8:30), not sure about weekdays, and also not sure about breakfast. I have had early departures (in fact may indeed be staying there in a week or so and have an early departure), and asked if they could pack a box of cold breakfast to take with me, and they were happy to oblige.

Thanks guys.

I think the lounge is quite nice and it is a shame it is only open from 6:00pm-8:00pm as the person who will be with me cannot get there until at least 7:30pm. It is a shame as I wanted them to experience the views of Bangkok at night from the executive lounge. The views are stunning.

I was quoting the evening drinks/happy hour (which may or may not be to 8:30pm, I really can't remember). The actual executive lounge is open much later than that, but only with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks.

Fantastic news! I shall go ahead and book the room for 2 then and I can have a snack and some alcoholic drinks and stay in the lounge for a little while when they arrive and soft drink would be fine.

Now trying to work out whether it would be worth it to pay for executive lounge access in Hilton Hua Hin.
