It will fail. Expensive, coughbersome and is essentially an uninteresting, cookie cutter global sim product. They're practically a scam these days.
In addition to this - MH ruined a perfectly good highly lucrative opportunity to partner with local operators to drive subscribers which would be MUCH more valuable!!!!

But in saying that I'm sure some people will be drawn to a free sim...
