Melbourne Skyteam Lounge? DL Gold flying on CZ

I'm travelling MEL-CAN this week on in Economy China Southern and am Delta Gold (both Skyteam airlines).

Is there any lounge in Melbourne I can access? I know China Southern uses the Qantas lounge, but would I still have access to this lounge if I carry a Delta Gold card?

If I don't get access to this lounge, is there any alternative? I know some airlines give out vouchers when theres no lounge access.

If you are eligible for Skyteam lounge access then you will use the QF lounge. Your skyteam benefits fly with you, irrespective of carrier.
