Melbourne Skyteam Lounge? DL Gold flying on CZ

I'm travelling MEL-CAN this week on in Economy China Southern and am Delta Gold (both Skyteam airlines).

Is there any lounge in Melbourne I can access? I know China Southern uses the Qantas lounge, but would I still have access to this lounge if I carry a Delta Gold card?

If I don't get access to this lounge, is there any alternative? I know some airlines give out vouchers when theres no lounge access.
