I have a US$750 travel voucher for Icelandair from a covid-cancelled trip a couple of years ago. It needs to be used by Aug 30 this year. I am not going to be able to get to Europe to use it before it expires.

Does anyone know if there would be a market for this sort of thing?

I don’t know about a market, but do t&c’s say booking needs to be in same name? Can you use on things other than flights? ie hotel booking?

I don't think so. It's just a voucher code which is to be redeemed on their booking site under "Gift voucher" and the T&C doesn't mention anything about name matching (for example, if you got a credit for 2 business tickets, and used the value for 4 economy tickets, it'd be fine but the names wouldn't match).
