It appears that Manly Cabs is closing

It runs 40cabs.
Media saying customers "stranded" - but in reality, only a few would stranded - mainly the disabled or elderly users, but everyone else would not be stranded.

No great loss, they were worst at airport always angry if you weren't going to the northern beaches, even though rules if at an airport rank is you have to be willing to take any fare.

I can see a day where taxis are no more, the smart taxi company would pivot to be solely a disability transport service, as everyone else is using ride share where the fare is known upfront and you dont have to direct the driver.

Lack of decent taxi app and too many dodgy drivers set the death knell.
