Manila - Terminal Fee & QF Lounge questions

Has anyone got any recent experiences of Manila? Flying there on QF19 and back on QF20 next week, and wondered whether you still have to pay the 'terminal fee' on departure, some websites are saying they had now rolled it into the cost of airline tickets. Just need to know whether I have to keep spare currency.
Also, what are the QF lounge experiences there?
