Hello
I'm flying to Hanoi on Malaysia Airlines boxing day. I have to stay overnight in KL and apparantley the airline provides a voucher for a hotel for the night. The travel agent hasn't given me this voucher yet.
Has anyone ever used this system? If so, which hotels do they give you as options? Any advice on the transfers would be appreciated too.
I'm travelling alone, so trying to plan ahead.

MH are synonomous with only releasing their STPC vouchers quite close to the departure date, often only a week before, its not the agents fault its because they are always way behind issuing them.

MH used to use the Pan Pac KLIA across the board, but are now only using it for J and F pax, and Y pax are instead put in one of several hotels some way between the airport and city

Unfortunately you wont know until you get the voucher which hotel youve been given.

Thanks TG
After doing some more research, i've chosen to book the pan pac KLIA separately anyway.
