Mabuhay : Get to know your call centre agent

Back in January my domestic Philippines Airlines flight went technical and I got to spend an extra night on a far flung tropical island. My win.

A substitute aircraft arrived next morning along with its substitute flight number. My original PR2096 became PR5096.

Not surprisingly, the Mabuhay Miles for this segment didn't automatically post.

January, called call centre to check eligibility - affirmative, just be patent Sir
February, completed and emailed a retroactive mileage claim - no response or acknowledgement
March, resend the retroactive mileage claim - no response or acknowledgement
Last week, called call centre, assurance would be done in 3 days Sir.​

It is only 446 miles so I'm not interested in spending too much time tracking them down, but it would be nice if there was at least a glimmer of a system to handle these things.

Anyone had any success with retroactive claims?

I have in the past, but unfortunately this airline's investment in IT particulaly for its FF scheme is a long way behind competitors.
