Hi All
We have just got home from an International flight with Singapore Airlines... One of our pieces of luggage we noticed only after getting home was that the lock was completely gone.... Of course then looking at the luggage which was a soft case we then realised it was not as full as when leaving Milan... We know for sure that a pair of shoes are missing and obviously other clothing ...My question being is there any point in following it up with The airline ?
Think I am more upset in the fact that someone has done it and also chose to pick themselves a new wardrobe...

You need to follow it up with the airline and also lodge a claim with your Travel Insurance. The TI will most probably require you to do so I think.

Cheers Princess F ...Head is thinking more clearly this morning....The price of the shoes alone is a one way ticket back to buy another pair ..!
