Feeling grumpy after a thoroughly charm free PER-FCO experience, and reminded once again how recent QF lounge iterations totally fail to serve business travellers who, you know, might actually want to work.

'Overlit instagrammable fishbowl' (SIN Flounge I'm lookin' at you) was a bold style choice back in.... no, sorry, never... but here's a novel idea: some quiet, consistent, and designed (SYD dom J: nope) desk space.

And no, I dont want to be inspected by every lounge entrant (MEL dom J), play cool techbro shared tables (SIN F/J) , be stuck by the bleedin loos (CBR), work in a restaurant (LHR), be consistently ignored by lounge staff just because I have the temerity to use a desk (MEL int F), or have to work on my knees (literally everywhere else.)

Grump out ;)
