Hi Velocity,

I noticed your new Lounge Access page here: https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/experience/at-the-airport/international-lounge-access/

I note that under Platinum membership travelling with Virgin Australia, Guests allowed to the Sydney Koru Club differs from Melbourne and Brisbane, it doesn't have the text stating 3 guests allowed when travelling on Trans Tasman services.

Is this an oversight, or is the entitlement legitimately different?

I am travelling with a group of 3 others to New Zealand on VA next week (from Sydney), I'm the only one in our party who has status, and I was planning on getting everyone into the lounge for breakfast before our flight. Are you able to let me know if the site's wrong, or if I should make other plans? I did the same thing last year but 3 guests were allowed per the old website.

Checking the website, clearly states 3 guests from Sydney Koru Club for Platinum Members............

I could be wrong, but I was 99% sure this morning when I read that that it only had the number 1 in the box.

Either way it says what I felt that it should say now, so I'm happy!
