I am sure someone can set me straight on this fairly quickly.

I have just passed my anniversary date, and my SC's were reset to zero (showing as -2375 in my activity statement). However there was another flight prior to the re-set which took a while to post. It now shows up on my activity statement (80 SC's) clearly showing the dates flown belong to last year, but my current balance is 0, and it still shows at -2375 from last year. It's as if those 80 SC's just disappeared.

I am presuming there will be some sort of reconciliation by QFF - or will I have to request it?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Qantas should pick it up in a day or so. They'll give it a bit of time on case any other flights come through.

However, having said that keep watching it and if it doesn't reconcile properly within a fortnight then email Qantas and ask them to fix it up.

I take it you are looking to get the 2400 SC goodness, probably worth a call.
