hi all,
i'm after some help with understanding how the stopover system works with QF please.
i'm looking to fly SYD-AUS return, which will route through either DFW or LAX. During the trip i also would like to make a trip to say New York ( > 24 hour stay in both AUS and JFK). In order to make use of the free stopover included in the fare, am i required to buy a SYD-AUS return, or a SYD-JFK return?
Additionally, on the flight back i see that i can also have a free stopover. Is this a stopover in the USA or Australia? i.e. would it be AUS-LAX, stopover, LAX- SYD, or would it be AUS-LAX-BNE, stopover, BNE-SYD.
Cheers
