Login to QFF problems

Hi guys,

I was trying to log into QFF this morning and it wsa not letting me - telling me the information was not correct.

So I phoned QF and they said there are problems with the site and they may continue for a while.

just thought I would mention it, in case anyone else thinks they are going crazy while using their correct pin and details.

Here we go AGAIN! Tinkering in the background and oops! blocking a critical revenue and customer service portal. This mob are just incompetent.

Yep same for me today... tried twice, knowing full well my FF no, surname and PIN were correct both times. Scared it's going to lock me out the third time.

It's my fault, I was buying some vouchers. Sorry won't do it again.
