Lifemiles monthly subscription - how to cancel

Hi Everyone

I currently have a monthly subscription with Lifemiles which I now need to cancel.
However I can NEVER open up the actual subscription to click on the cancel button.

As the website DOES NOT WORK do I email [email protected] and tell them to cancel my subscription or do I call them.
If I call them what number do I use?

yeah, you can email them. If you want to call, you can use skype for a free call via their USA toll-free number. Work through the prompts. I think part of the LM crew might be working from home, so finding someone with English may take a bit of time. They are usually good with email though - but again, it can take time.

Did you succeed at getting your taxes and fees refunded? I got miles back for a cancelled flight within a week of contacting Avianca, but nothing on the taxes and fees front yet (it's been a couple of months).

I think it is taking 'some time' for refunds of $. Like several months or more. Reports are that they are coming through through, eventually.
