Langham Gold Coast

Has anyone stayed at the Gold Coast Langham? Either the hotel or residences.
Any feedback on the hotel / breakfast or the pool?
Yes. Excellent hotel. Restaurant is quite good and the Tang Court Chinese restaurant is excellent. Does tend to attract “influencers”.:) Booked through Amex FH and received suite upgrade.

Stayed approx 18 mths ago also through Amex FHR. Got a fantastic room upgrade, the property was lovely. Breakfast decent but got busy so going early was a plus.
Thanks. What upgrade did you get? I’m looking to book via virtuoso travel agent and they are only offering an upgrade from one bedroom ocean view to a 2 bedroom ocean view.
I’m trying to get one bedroom city view to 2 bedroom ocean view but the agent is pushing back. The difference is $220 per night so adds up.
Can anyone recommend another travel agent?

We were surprisingly upgraded from lead-in room type to the Executive Ocean Suite - it was gorgeous. I got the feeling it was a on the spot decision at time of check-in.
